Licensing

What does Lifetime License (v1.x) mean?

A purchase covers the v1.x release line for the product you buy. It is not a subscription and does not require recurring access fees.

Can I buy individual apps?

Yes. Each individual app is $4.99. The NetTools Bundle includes all current apps for $9.99.

What happens if I buy the bundle?

The bundle is treated as an exclusive cart item and includes Conversion Calculator, NetView, NetEye, and IronClad Vault.

Downloads and updates

How are downloads delivered?

Stripe Checkout creates the payment session. The webhook fulfillment hook is where signed installer links, license records, and delivery emails should be connected.

Do the apps update automatically?

The storefront is structured for versioned downloads. Update delivery depends on the final installer and fulfillment workflow you connect.

Where are manuals stored?

Manual links are included per product and currently point to release-note placeholder files in the public manuals folder.

Compatibility and refunds

Which platform is supported?

The seed product requirements target Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop environments.

Do the apps require cloud access?

No. The product positioning is local-first. Network tools may require normal local network permissions for diagnostics and monitoring.

What is the refund policy?

Digital software refunds should be handled through the final support policy you publish. The legal pages include conservative storefront language that can be tightened before launch.
