NetTools Cloud was founded by Steven A. McCann (SteveO), a veteran engineer with over a decade of hands-on experience in network administration and systems engineering. After years of managing mission-critical infrastructure and witnessing firsthand the limitations of traditional tooling, one conclusion became clear:

Modern environments demand faster, clearer, and more trustworthy visibility than legacy tools can provide.

NetTools was created to solve that problem — not with generic cloud-bound software, but with focused, efficient, local-first technology engineered for reliability, transparency, and complete administrative control.

4. NetEye – Network Diagnostics and Stability Analysis

NetEye continuously monitors jitter, packet loss, latency patterns, and route stability.
Its built-in traceroute engine exposes exactly where failures occur across upstream providers, making it ideal for troubleshooting and performance assurance.

5. P2P Secure Chat – Encrypted Direct Communication

A secure communication tool that establishes encrypted peer-to-peer channels between systems.
Using modern cryptography (AES-256-GCM), it enables secure messaging and file transfer without any third-party servers or cloud services.
